Welcome to Krogförlaget!

Once upon a time...from Krogförlaget

We like to show and tell you about all the details that makes a restaurant to the living place, with an atmosphere and the experperience that you appriciate as a guest. A lot has already been written, made, boiled and marinated when it comes to books about food but not with our combination and philosophy.

We like to create  books about food and inspiration and we are humble enough to think that there is one or two persons that like to enjoy the experience we try to create.

The people behind the company

Sanna Hermansson, partner in the famous restaurant Salt & Sill, located on the island Klädesholmen on the Swedish west coast. Her idea of a restaurant is to combine concept and quality in everything from interiors to the food and the wine to the swedish "snaps" (shot).   

Patrick Hermansson, owner of a ICA Supermarket Store and partner in the restaurant Salt & Sill. He's created many restaurants and his big passion i food. Patrick doesn't reed anything else then books about food.

Daniel Nilsson, former chef at the restaurant Salt & Sill. He's born in Swedens second town - Gothenburg and has dedicated his life to things that tastes well - mostly food.
